In 2025, the program expands with complementary tracks that together form an integrated system offering families the skills, knowledge and resources they need to: • Encourage positive educational practices and caring discipline; • Prevent and respond to gender-based violence within couple relationships; • Support the harmonious development of children and strengthen their sense of belonging. Through this holistic approach, Family Co-Net Plus helps build flourishing, resilient families that drive lasting well-being within Ottawa's francophone Afro-descendant community. The project comprises several sub-initiatives, each addressing a specific community need.
