The Bridge Co-Net is running a community research project in collaboration with the Mauril Bélanger Social Innovation Workshop at Saint Paul University (Ottawa), assessing how work-integration social enterprises help Black Canadians and other racialized people overcome socio-economic barriers and contribute to their social and professional integration. The study is funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) under the Work-Integration Social Enterprise program (WISE, Phase II). It was approved by the Saint Paul University Research Ethics Board (ethics certificate 1360.30/23).
